“I bought a special on Angie's List to have my AC unit inspected. It's rather new and needed an annual check-up. I wasn't completely satisfied with the large company I had been using for routine maintenance as they were always pushing a service contract and additional things I really didn't need.
TJ, the company President, came himself for the service call. He called me the day of the service and offered to come early if I wanted as he was running ahead of schedule, and he kn...ew I was heading out of town later in the day. Perfect! He arrived when he said he would be here, was very efficient and made great recommendations to improve my system's efficiency without costing me any major money. Absolutely the most thorough AC inspection I've ever seen.
Don't let their name fool you. These guys know AC, not just ducts. I live in a condo and although their Angie's list special says "residences only" we have parking for service providers in our building so he had no qualms about coming to South Beach. He mentioned to me that they do service throughout south Florida, but much of their business is in Miami Shores and Hollywood.
Great guy, great service. I will definitely use them again.

We thought we had mold in our duct work and called them out. We found out that we did, a crew came out and replaced all of our duct work, installed UV lights and an Air Purification System. My husband and I can really feel a difference in our air quality. We used to keep getting sick and we haven't been passing around the same cold again and again. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
